Reimy Evangelista De Leon / DDS, MS

 

Dr. Evangelista De Leon is a second-generation dentist who was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. At a young age, Evangelista became aware of the extreme need for quality dental care that several populations lack. In 2015, Dr. Evangelista obtained his DDS at Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and completed his Post-Doctoral education in Orofacial pain at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts in 2020. More recently, Dr. Evangelista was awarded his MS in Healthcare Management by Charlton College of Business at the University of Massachusetts in 2022.

Dr. Evangelista’s experience includes general dentistry and orofacial pain specialist in both public and private practices, working in academic settings as an orofacial pain provider at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, and serving as Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor at University of New England (UNE). Dr. Evangelista also serves as the current President of Hispanic International Mission (HIM). More recently he became the owner of Vermont Orofacial Pain Associates and Vermont Dental Medicine.

Dr. Evangelista has completed several presentations and research papers over the years. Being some examples at the International Association of Dental Research (IADR), Discussing correlation between Tardive Dyskinesia and common medications among TMD patients, Archives of Clinical Case Studies; Myofascial TMD, Multifactorial Ethiology with Multidisciplinary Approach and a lecture Series Guidance For Evaluation of Patients With Suspected or Active Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD) at University Of The West Indies.
