From January 17 to 19, 2025, we experienced something truly special in paradise: the International Symposium on TMD and Orofacial Pain in Cancún was a complete success. Three intense days of learning, clinical cases, networking, and new connections—all with the Caribbean breeze as our backdrop.

Professionals from around the world came together with a shared purpose: to advance Dental Sleep Medicine and the interdisciplinary approach to TMD and orofacial pain. And what better way to do it than with a world-class panel of experts who generously and passionately shared their knowledge and experience. Our speakers brought diverse perspectives and a wealth of experience to the table:

Throughout the event, we explored everything from etiology and diagnosis to innovative treatment strategies for TMD, neuropathic pain, bruxism, and sleep-related conditions. We also discussed collaborative models between dentists, neurologists, ENT specialists, and sleep experts to tackle complex clinical cases with a truly interdisciplinary focus.

📚 On top of that, participants earned 14 hours of continuing education credit, contributing to their professional development.

The venue couldn’t have been better: a luxury beachfront resort in Cancún’s Hotel Zone—an ideal setting for exchanging ideas, building partnerships, and recharging energy.
