Subspecialist in Comprehensive Sleep Medicina. Pioneer in the field of Dental Sleep Medicine in Costa Rica.

Dr. Liliana Estrada Chaverri is a pioneering figure in Dental Sleep Medicine in Costa Rica. She holds a subspecialty from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and a master’s degree in Sleep Medicine and Physiology from Pablo de Olavide University. She founded the Sleep Med Clinic and has actively promoted education and awareness about sleep disorders. She is also the founder and former president of ALADS and former president of FLASS.

Dr. Estrada has 16 years of experience in Sleep Medicine, during which she has written books on the analysis and interpretation of polysomnography as a diagnostic tool. She is currently a researcher at the Costa Rican Institute of Medical Sciences (ICIMED) and the Central American Alliance for the Study of Sleep (ACES).

Subespecialista en Medicina Integral del Sueño. Pionera en el campo de la Medicina Dental del Sueño en Costa Rica.

La Dra. Liliana Estrada Chaverri es una figura pionera en Medicina Dental del Sueño en Costa Rica. Posee una subespecialidad por la UNAM y una maestría en Medicina y Fisiología del Sueño por la Universidad Pablo de Olavide. Fundó la Clínica del Sueño Sleep Med y ha promovido activamente la educación y concienciación sobre trastornos del sueño. Además, es fundadora y expresidenta de ALADS y expresidenta de FLASS.

La Dra. Estrada tiene 16 años de experiencia en la Medicina del Sueño durante los que ha escrito libros sobre el análisis y la interpretación de la polisomnografía como herramienta diagnóstica. Actualmente es investigadora del Instituto Constarricense de Ciencias Médicas (ICIMED) y de la Alianza Centroamericana para el Estudio del Sueño (ACES).
