Hugo Campos / DMD, DDS, MS

 

Dr. Campos received his D.D.S. degree from Central University of Venezuela in 1996 and then earned a Master in Orthodontics degree from the same school in 2002. He was a Professor in the Orthodontics postgraduate program and Oral Radiology Course at the Central University of Venezuela.
In 2011, he moved to Farmington, Connecticut to begin a Master in Dental Sciences degree as well as a Certificate in Oral Maxillofacial Radiology from the University of Connecticut which he completed in 2014. In July 2014, he was appointed as a faculty member at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he earned his D.M.D degree.
At Tufts, Dr. Campos is an Associate Professor and Division Director of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. He teaches Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology in the classroom as well on the clinic floor for pre-doctoral students. He is also an instructor for the postgraduate Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology course. Dr. Campos teaches at Harvard School of Dental Medicine as a Volunteer Faculty at the Department of Orthodontics.
Dr. Campos is an active member of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology (AAOMR) and Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology.
When Dr. Campos is not reading CBCT cases, he enjoys spending free time with his wife, two kids and his black Lab, taking pictures and watching movies with them.
