Sleep-related breathing disorders, especially Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), pose a significant public health challenge globally. Approximately 1 billion people are affected by OSA. These disorders lead to severe health consequences, including cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and heightened mortality rates.
The Dental Sleep Medicine Mastery Program is designed with a structured curriculum designed for dental professionals to advance their expertise in diagnosing and managing sleep-related breathing disorders. This program emphasizes a collaborative approach, encouraging dentists to work alongside sleep specialists, physicians, and other healthcare providers to deliver integrated care.
Participants will engage in a comprehensive curriculum encompassing two in-person modules and one online module, featuring insights from a distinguished team of international speakers. The program covers current best practices, innovative treatment options, and the latest research that supports the integration of dental sleep medicine into multidisciplinary care models.
